Samsung has yet to introduce its new Galaxy J series, but we have plenty of information about all three unannounced smartphones: Galaxy J3, Galaxy J5, and Galaxy J7 (2017).
Also, pictures of the Galaxy J5 (2017) and Galaxy J7 (2017) leaked online, so we have pretty good idea of what they look like. The cheapest of the three, the Galaxy J3 (2017) recently popped up at TENAA, the Chinese regulatory commission.
Although this isn’t unusual for a smartphone that hasn’t been made official, we’ve decided to report on the matter since the listing at TENAA includes a picture of the Galaxy J3 (2017).
Some additional information about Samsung’s mid-range smartphone includes a short list of compatible bands: TD-LTE, LTE FDD, TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA2000, CDMA 1X, and GSM.
Enlisted with model number SM-J3300, Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) will most likely be released in multiple variations, which will pack slightly different specs.
Based on previous reports, the Galaxy J3 (2017) sports a 5-inch display with HD (720p) resolution and a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera. The smartphone is said to pack a 1.4GHz quad-core Exynos 7570 processor, coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage.
The only thing that remains to learn now is when exactly the new Galaxy J smartphones will be launched on the market and how much they’ll cost.
