Zebronics ZEB-VR headset launched at Rs 1,600

Zebronics has joined the virtual reality bandwagon with the launch of its ZEB-VR headset in the Indian market. Priced at Rs 1,600, the virtual reality headset works with any smartphone and requires an app to in order to work with the device.
Available in black colour with blue rims, the Zebronics ZEB-VR headset features a pair of lenses with interpupillary distance and focus adjustment that works by measuring the screen size of the smartphone. The handset mount has a magnetic lock with adjustable front cover that keeps the smartphone in place in front of the lenses.Virtual Reality is going to be the next big thing in 2016In order to interact with the VR applications on the phone, buyers can use the magnet toggle switch, which features a neodymium ring and ceramic disc.

The Zebronics VR headset can be mounted on the head courtesy the elastic harness/straps on the back.

Virtual reality headsets can be used for gaming, immersive apps, as well as for viewing educational and medical content.

 The ANT VR headset that works with Lenovo’s K3 Note headset is the cheapest model available in the market at Rs 1,299. Other VR headsets available in India include Samsung’s Gear VR and DIY variants of Google’s Cardboard.
